Learning and Development Strategy

Starting with strategic workforce planning and a training needs analysis, we help you design personalised learner journeys and a training programme to upskill, reskill or multiskill your workforce to futureproof your organisation.

Bespoke Leadership & Human Skills Training

Based on your business needs and the findings from a training needs analysis, we offer leadership, management and human skills training and development. Content is customised to your organisation’s needs and focuses on developing human-centric skills such as people management, Emotional Intelligence and the critical transferable skills needed for the 21st century.

Our training is supported by Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviours Profiling assessments that give insights into your personal management style and workplace priorities.

We also support with team and individual coaching.

We provide assistance to apply for funding for training through Investing in Skills and Skills Development Scheme funding.

Problem Solving & Innovation Workshops using Design Thinking Workshops

We facilitate human-centred Design Thinking workshops to support senior management teams to come up with innovative ideas and creative ways of addressing important complex problems in a collaborative, cross-departmental or cross-function manner.

Change Management

We support you with Change Management strategy, rolling out and implementing a Change Management plan and training your people managers or ‘ambassadors’ to support impacted individuals to adopt, adapt and engage with the changes your organisation needs to make.

We follow 3 simple steps.

  1. Define – When partnering with you, we first define the people-related pain points you are currently experiencing, envision what success looks like and determine what performance-related changes you wish to bring about.
  2. Design – We then design bespoke interventions that will address these people-related pain points, deliver the expected changes and have a lasting impact on your workforce.
  3. Deliver – Lastly, we will deliver and implement these interventions and help you measure the expected behavioural changes and improvements in performance and productivity to ensure you get your Return on Investment.

Who we are

ReWired HR Consultants was founded by Rachel Falzon in 2019. She holds post-graduate certification in Education and an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading with a specialisation in the role of HR. She has over 25 years’ experience in Learning and Development, has set up a professional communication skills training company and held the position of Director of Studies. She then moved on to become Strategic HR Business Partner, Change Management Consultant and held the position of Advisory Manager with one of the Big Four.

ReWired HR Consultants is based in Malta and brings together a team of associates, trainers and coaches who are passionate about inspiring and developing people and whose purpose is to build stronger and more resilient organisations that are more adaptable and responsive to modern day challenges.
